Our house blend is a mix of three single origin beans each roasted separately at a specific roast level to bring you the best from the beans, light/medium to keep their light, floral flavours and a slightly darker roast to give a delicious chocolaty undertone, which results in a very pleasant, easy, drinkable coffee.
From time to time we experiment with different origins but will always bring you a great, fresh coffee.
Currently, this is a blend of a Guatemalan & El salvador beans with a slightly lighter roast Ugandan,
This is an easy drinking coffee of medium roast specially designed for use in either a cafetiere or filter machine.

This is really great coffee, first sampled on Anglesey from your coffee truck in Beaumaris, and still the best we’ve found after searching far and wide. Our regular go-to in our Barista Pro.
