Description

A delicious coffee from Honduras. These SHB (strictly high bean) are of a fantastic quality due to the high altitude  they have been grown at. The higher the altitude the slower the coffee plant matures so the bean has been in its pulp for much longer and produces a fruitier flavour.

These have flavours of Green apple, juicy apricots with the almond kernel giving way to a grape like sweetness.

We have have roasted these beans to a Medium roast to capture all the delicious, fruity, smooth flavours that make this a well rounded, beautifully smooth coffee
