These beans are from the Huila region in Columbia. This region grows more coffee than any other in Columbia and has been awarded Denomination of Origin status (similar to that of the champagne region). This is partly due to its diverse growing conditions, which add such great characteristics to the bean.
These beans are grown on one of the many micro-lot farms in this area that produce extraordinary coffee with bright acidity, sweetness and an aromatic profile.
